After looking at many different recipes for brownies and doing a lot of mixing and matching we were able to come up with this versatile fudgy brownie recipe.
Brownies
Servings: 10 – 15
Ingredients
- ¾ c Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¾ c Butter unsalted
- 1 ½ c Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 Eggs
- ½ c Cocoa Powder
- 1 c Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
- Melt butter and add to a mixing bowl.
- Add sugar and vanilla to butter and mix.
- Add eggs and beat one at a time.
- Slowly add flour mixture and continue to stir.
- Add cocoa powder and continue to mix until combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Butter a 8×8 baking dish and add the brownie batter.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes.
