Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl combine the cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and salt.
Rub the cinnamon mixture on the chicken to coat all sides. Set aside.
Add ketchup, vinegar, molasses, brown sugar, orange juice, worcestershire sauce, and ginger to a bowl.
Mince the garlic and add to the mixture.
Chop the green onion and cilantro and add to the bowl.
Dice the habanero. Start by adding a little and add more depending on how much heat you like.
Mix the sauce to combine and set aside.
In a dutch oven sear all sides of the chicken, then pour the BBQ sauce over the chicken.
Place the dutch oven in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Allow the chicken to cool for a few minutes and then shred with a fork and add back into the sauce. Stir to coat the chicken with the sauce.
