Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooled add to a large bowl.
Fry the bacon so that is nice and crisp. Crumble the bacon into the bowl.
Chop the chicken into bit sized pieces and add to the bowl.
Chop the broccoli, cucumber and avocado and add to the bowl.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to the bowl.
Mince the onion and julienne the basil and add to the mixture.
Add the olives, mushrooms and artichoke. If the artichokes are large chop them into bit sized pieces.
Crumble the feta into the bowl.
Juice the half lemon and add to the mixture.
Add the Italian dressing and beau monde seasoning and stir to combine being careful not to break down the feta.
Refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors meld.
Remove from refrigerator and add more italian dressing if the salad seems dry.
Serve with additional feta crumbled on top and red pepper flakes to taste.
