Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a bowl combine flour, salt, sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, 1 ½ tsp garlic powder, and 1 tbsp parsley.
Melt 8 tbsp of butter. Add the melted butter and buttermilk to the flour mixture and combine with a spatula.
Add the cheese and fold into the dough.
Create 12 equally sized dough balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on top.
While baking melt 4 tbsp of butter.
Add ½ tsp of garlic powder and a tbsp of parsley to the melted butter. Stir to combine.
Brush the butter mixture on top of the biscuits when they come out of the oven.
