Slice green onions. Roughly chop both the cilantro and cashews. Set aside.
Boil a pot of water and cook noodles for 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Stir together brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup and hot sauce. Set aside.
In a large skillet melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add red pepper flakes and cook for a few seconds. Whisk eggs and add to butter. Stir and cook eggs until set.
Add the noodles and sauce to the pan. Stir to combine. Mix in ½ to ¾ of the cilantro and cashews.
Serve and garnish with remaining green onion, cilantro, and cashews.
