In a small bowl add the mayonnaise, Old Bay, parsley, mustard.
Beat egg, add to bowl and mix all ingredients.
Stir in the bread crumbs.
In a large bowl add the crab meat and mayo mixture. Gently mix the crab by hand as to not break apart the crab meat.
Divide the crab meat and form 4 balls, do not pack tightly in order to keep the lumps of crab meat.
Bake at 375 for about 10 mins, or broil for about 5 mins until they are a nice golden brown.
