Eggs

Heavy Cream

Half & Half

Salt
Instructions
Mix the eggs and sugar together until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and continue mixing until combined.
Add to a cold ice cream maker and churn until you get a good creamy ice cream.
Move to a storage container and place in freezer overnight.
Notes
Having an ice cream maker of some sort makes this process a lot easier. We use the attachment for the Kitchen-Aid mixer, which works well for us.
This works as a great base for ice cream, you can add other flavors or mix-ins to change it up.
You can eat the ice cream right away, but we find putting it in the freezer overnight helps firm it up a little more.
